The Kinex Health personal consulting program is headed up by our lead health and wellness expert, Phil Wolffe.

Phil is an exercise physiologist and health and wellness specialist who teaches busy people how to get healthy in a practical way. With over 25,000 individual health consultations to his name, Phil has helped countless people just like you change their health, and their lives, for the better.

How it Works

Book in a free 15 minute consultation with Phil to discuss your health needs and see if this is the right fit for you. From there, we book in your 45 minute initial consultation and then 20 minute check-ups every 2 weeks.

The package also includes unlimited text and email support for the duration of your program, meaning you have your own personal health expert to answer any and all of your questions, whenever you need them!
