Continuing on with our DIPMCS examples, we decided to tackle Flexibility, as Phil is in some dire need of some limbering up!

We break down the system in with these easy to follow steps and mindset to progress you in the direction of becoming a flexible human.

DIPMCS

  1. Direction – choose a direction or path, not a destination
  2. Identity – identify yourself as a person who would achieve what you desire
  3. Process – focus on the input and the result will come.
  4. Milestones – set milestones along the way to track progression
  5. Consistency – never miss twice
  6. Self Kindness – issuing a bit more of self kindness when we get side tracked along our path, will allow for greater recovery, and long term success.
