Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based training course that gives your staff the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide support to co-workers experiencing mental ill health and help guide them to pathways of appropriate treatment and care as necessary.
The course’s blended approach consists of a self-paced online learning component, and a face-to-face (or via zoom) session to take your employees through everything they need to know to apply mental health first aid in the workplace.
Throughout the course, staff are taught the information and latest research on mental health conditions, how to recognise the signs and symptoms in themselves and co-workers, and the steps they can take to offer or seek assistance where it’s needed.

Back to CoursesJust wanted to let you know how much I’m enjoying the course so far – I’m halfway through and promise to get it done today! It is already so helpful with a few friends I have! So looking forward to the training on Monday!

I feel very fortunate to be able to do this course, I have a few friends that have had some mental health issues through the years, some have recovered others not so much and one of my best friend’s son has been diagnosed with schizophrenia from a very young age (he’s now 42 years of age). So been able to read and learn about this very common issue has and will give me the opportunity to understand it better

Taking part in the Mental Health First Aid course has been a great learning experience. It’s allowed me to have a better understanding of the challenges people can face and what I do to assist. This course covers a range of mental health issues in a very relevant time for us all. I would highly recommend this course to anyone
